The final look of the Thai curry from the DIY kit from @kitchenstories_hyd .
What I got in the box was the Thai curry paste, a tetra pack of coconut milk and some cornflour. They aren't giving perishables with the box currently, you can get your own vegetables or meat accordingly.
They also have a few other kits and sauces available, you can find them on their page.

Ever heard of Vol au vent?
You might have seen it rarely, in general it's in a circular shape. It's a disc of puff pastry with a smaller circular cut from the center. This holds the filling.
The origin is french , but widely seen in some of the European countries as an appetizer.
The only place where we get the Vol au vents ( without filling) is probably the reliance bakery in Begumpet. You can add your own fillings to it, a perfect snacking option.

@itchotels have come up with GIY which stands for Gourmet in you. It's a DIY kit. You can now make some exotic dishes at home with minimal effort and all the safety measures.
@itckakatiya and @itckohenur have 6 different dishes as GIY kits. This one is the final outcome of the Asparagus and caramelized onion ravioli in a saffron cream sauce. This was absolutely amazing, subtle saffron sauce with the ravioli, finished with parmesan was surely a bliss.
The box has numbers labelled and a procedure to be followed, will try putting up a reel on the making 😁

Kunafa is a Middle eastern dessert made of semolina or phyllo strips. The other main ingredients include cheese or sometimes clotted cream. The semolina part is seared with fat and then gets a drizzle of flavoured sugar syrup.

A low calorie Buddha bowl from @ketobydietifik , I wasn't a fan of salads earlier because I really didn't know there were these many and such good ones, this was even before when I joined a culinary school.
After that, just a few years earlier I started loving them, the freshness, the marinades, the textures and most importantly fresh produce.

There are many styles of pizzas , but we don't have much to offer here. In general you have a Neapolitan style, which is the most rustic and the most classic Variant, this one has nice wood char on the thick crust, uses minimal ingredients too. Then you have a Chicago style deep dish, filled with cheese and tomato sauce, the New York one is know for the size by the slice, you have thin crusts, calzone is also a type of pizza, just that it's folded and baked. You have many more variants , every place has a version now 😅

Not sure if how many of you can recognise this. This is the apricot delight, another famed dessert , an upgraded version of the classic qubani ka meetha. Had some difficulties to get this diagonally cut and positioned from a take away box 😂
This has layers of custard, qubani ka meetha, sponge cake and lots of fresh cream. I personally love it, this one was is from @sainmarestaurant , I personally love it 😍

Another amazing dessert , this one is from @snow.cake.meth.a , when they called it a snow cake , to be frank I haven't expected anything more than a mousse , but I got it completely wrong.
This one is their flavour of the month, a butterscotch with homemade caramel popcorn. This one has the super smooth and creamy base with all the whipped cream, a touch of sourness from the Cream cheese and that dark cookie base cutting through the richness.
They have a lot of variants too available in 4 and 7 inch rings.

Recieved a DIY kit from @kitchenstories_hyd a few days ago, this was a Thai Red curry kit. The kit had a jar of coarsely ground Thai red curry paste, a coconut milk tetra pack and some corn flour. At the moment they aren't adding any perishables like vegetables and meat because of the pandemic. This kit currently has everything except for the vegetables and meat that you would require.
This one is a procedure that was mentioned on the card.

You can't get enough or biryani , again this ones is upto you on what you want to call it.
@lelazeezbiryani is into Gourmet Biryani, their USP is the process of slow cooking with high quality ingredients. I had a chance to try the vegetarian version and I loved it, the marination had lots of fried onion paste giving it a bit of sweetness , the spices and seasonings were perfect. We ended up ordering for 4 boxes for today 🙈
The box is priced at 499 for vegetarian, it's good for 2, high on the price because of the quality , process and the packing but it was worth it.

I always look forward to try something new, when it's dessert I absolutely can't miss any.
This one here is a gulkand junnu with salted caramel and chocolate soil from @rohit_chidurala of @roch.kitchen . Often what you get outside in the name of junnu is made of the powder and not the actual colostrum milk, that's not the case here.
This one has a subtle gulkand flavour, it's super light and smooth. The salted caramel and the Chocolate soil are the additional components to complete it.

We aren't allowed to get non vegetarian food at home and probably that is the saddest part. It has got worse in the last 5 months because of the lockdown and the pandemic as I can't even go out to eat.
At such times @veggie.champ came in as a rescuer , they are into vegan mock meat. Although you can't expect them to be exactly similar to your meat , they are something very close in terms of texture and vegetarians especially can give it a try. Tried making some butter chicken with it, came out well. Please don't ask for the recipe , I never follow set measurements for Indian dishes 😅
The mock meat is made of soya, wheat flour, seasoning etc.

You just can't resist a Hyderabadi spread , missed it badly because of the lockdown and the current situation. But this has given a lot of home chefs a chance to start something of their own.
We recieved this amazing spread, one of the best I've had from @shahimakhsoos , they currently have a combo which includes dum ka chicken, chicken 65, Rumali roti, double ka meetha , mutton Biryani , raitha and mirchi ka salan. Each one was a stunner. Be it the Home style biryani with tender meat or the slow cooked mirchi ka salan, everything was very good.
This combo is priced at 999, easily sufficient for 2. (The picture is of 2 combos).
