Summers are here and its time when everyone is looking out for something to cool the down , at the same time refresh them. Ice creams are something that actually need no time to relish but the number definitely goes high in summers.

Huber and Holly has come up with something interesting and also moving along with the trend. Lets see what has been introduced.

About huber and holly:

Huber and holly was a part and promoted by Havmor. Havmor is the biggest player in the ice cream market of Gujarat. Back then huber and holly was a premium brand for havmor. The idea of opening something like fresh churned ice reams came up when they were at a gelato competition in Italy.

Later on Havmor was sold to Lotte confectionery and then it was time they decided to establish huber and holly as a mass produced premium brand, they cut down the prices but continued the same quality of ingredients.

They have 5 stores in the country as of now, Ahmedabad ,Hyderabad and 3 in Mumbai. Soon coming up in Pune and one or 2 in Himayath nagar or Begumpet or both.

About Unicone:

Going by the trend of the unicorn theme , they have come up with a unicorn themed ice cream cone.

How is it built?

It all starts with a Charcoal cone which is coated in chocolate from the inside and chocolate at the bottom. Then they add some brownie bits , crunch bits, little blue velvet cheesecake ice cream to add a little moisture, jujubes , berry compote , short bread and then the star , the ice cream. It has 3 flavours, mixed berry , strawberry and blue velvet cheesecake.

Then the final touches of chocolate horn , ears , short bread star, mini macrons , sugar shards and candy floss.

Everything is natural , no added flavours and spot on with the taste. Smooth , creamy and softness of the freshly churned ice creams.

Footlong fries:

They’ve also come up with a new concept called foot long fries, these are not the direct potatoes but are mashed potatoes piped long and then fried, topped with mustard , tomato ketchup and mayonnaise. An innovative concept.
