We all know how important it is to have good breakfast and lunch, but we often skip breakfast on a holidays , majorly Sundays. The recent times have changed and brunches have gained immense popularity.
With this upward trend places are coming up with new menus and brunch options. Fusion 9 is one place which has been doing it without leaving a bad remark.

Ambience:
The place is pretty big . You don’t notice it from the outside but once you get in you have an indoor seating and also outdoor. You can choose from cozy sofas , classic tables or the cafe style seating.
The walls are well laid , with decors including a few kitchenware , a see through kitchen and a bar counter.
Food:
The appetizers are served on the tables, main course is set like a buffet with live counters.
Appetizers:
They have options to choose from, about 6 to 8 of them that will be served on the table. Also a few salads , cold appetizers , canapes are put on display. You can pick up whatever you like.
Mutton galauti was the the first to come in , it was soft , low on spice just how it had to be. I wouldn’t say melt in mouth texture but was decent.
We had mini versions of veg spring rolls. Crunchy outside, good filling. It makes a perfect snack.
The Zaffrani murgh tikka was the star of the day. Super creamy and rich marination with the fragrance of saffron coming through was blissful.
Water chestnuts in a sweet chilly sauce with sesame were a good addition. The thai roasted chicken has nothing to do with roasting but tasted really good.
I really loved the black pepper chilly chicken. A regular oriental appetizer taken to a new level. Nothing much to talk about the skewers.
The salad and canapes counter had a wide variety on offer. From Brushettas to mini burgers to salads , you could pick up anything.
Beverages:
Not sure on the names but surely they have some refreshing mocktails. We had a mint based , a blue lagoon (kind of), a fruit based drink. Perfect pairing to the food on offer.
Main Course:
They also have Pizzas as a part of the menu. For the buffets the size is smaller than ours, just to avoid food wastage. We had Exotic Veg and garlic chicken pizza. The crust thin, a flavorful sauce and generous amount of toppings.
They also have a pasta counter. Customize your pasta accordingly. The pasta was cooked right , decent sauce.
The uttapam counter was a slight let down. The pan was super hot ,the uttapam was cooked on the outside but still mushy on the inside.
The buffet counter had around 12 dishes. It had oriental , Indian and continental. The flavours can be improved when it comes to the harissa roasted chicken , biryani was okayish . The Kung pao fish was the best on the counter there.
Desserts:
Generally places with buffets have really poor and cost saving desserts but that wasn’t the case here. The dessert section had a wide variety , equally good as the mains.
They had cheesecake, brownies , lemon meringue tarts, roulades , muffins etc. Here are a few of them.
Pricing , Service and Location:
For unlimited food and drinks its priced at 1499, just the food at 999.
The service was smooth , courteous. Nothing to complain.
