A lot of restaurateurs getting into newer concepts and opening the gates to explore into the unknown aspects of the food patterns. Even with a lot of efforts it has become difficult to spread the actual meaning across.
Sante spa cuisine – Hyderabad is one such place where the owner has given his everything to educate and explore natural produce in a nutritional yet amazing in aspects of the taste as well.
So when they say healthy ,that’s the concept and not we generally think that it’s salads , organic , tasteless , bland , etc. It’s none of the above, it’s much more than what we assume.
So this is a concept where eatout or dineout does no harm keeping the health , taste and nourishment in mind. They use no artificial or processed food. Everything starts from scratch once an order is placed.
Lets check them out.#hyderabadfoodexplorer #letsexplorehyderabad.
Ambience:
It has a calm , soothing atmosphere. A perfect match to go hand in hand with the food. They have a good seating capacity and it is divided into sub sections to give you a small difference.
It gives you a positive vibe and isn’t something which is enjoyed with a lot of buzz around. They have some small vertical garden , wooden furniture and dinnerware. Some really good decors an plants fill up the corners.
Food and beverages:
Vegetarian:
The first one that we had was the Mediterranean quinoa salad. The portion size is really good. It has lettuce , cranberries , a good amount of walnuts, apples, quinoa etc . You can actually say its a meal all together. Amazing salad.
Tibetan Thukpa was a good one as well. The broth was well flavoured with the asian aromats like lemon grass, ginger and a few others. It had a mix of veggies including mushrooms and some noodles.
The Pan seared zucchini kebab was a slight disappointment. I found it to be under seasoned , but the chutneys on the side make up a bit.
Non Vegetarian:
Thai spiced fish cakes were a stunner. The best I have ever had. Fluffy and juicy cakes were a mix of fish and prawns . The accompaniment of sweet chilly sauce worked wonders.
The seafood thukpa was nothing different from the vegetarian version. Has sea food along with the vegetables and noodles.
Even the spinach Jalapeno chicken hummus was a star. Perfect munching with a lot of nutrition. The khakra and hummus with that amazing chicken was pure bliss.
Beverages:
The strawberry soy shake was way above our expectations. It had fresh strawberries , soy milk and best part is no added sugar. Creamy, smooth and refreshing.
Charcoal lemonade is a twist to the regular lemonade with some charcoal powder added. So a lot of benefits with this drink.
Main Course:
Vegetarian:
The piri piri crusted cottage cheese looked pretty different but really good. It was arranged or layered ring surrounded by broccoli puree or chutney.
Non vegetarian:
You can never say no to a pizza. Farm fresh pizza with grilled lemon chilly chicken was a loaded pizza. That generosity is what you need. The crust is made with ragi and whole wheat, also they use 20% mozzarella and 80% soft cottage cheese. A lovely pizza.
The chicken bajra risotto yet again surprised us. It tasted just like a normal risotto but the nutrition value and the feel was too good. Again the portion size is top.
Desserts:
The buck wheat mud cake with salted caramel was one amazing one. As I write I literally need another of this. Moist , balanced slice of heaven.
The coconut and palm jaggery ice cream is a simple yet tasty ice cream. Again no processed sugar used here.
Service Pricing and location:
The service team is quick on their toes. The manager Mr.Anthony is super knowledgeable about the dishes and is the right person for all your queries.
Pricing is apt for the portion size they offer. The quality and their control is something to admire.
