Its like food and restaurant revolution in the city of Hyderabad. From Mediterranean to Indian, Asian to European, Cafes to Lounges, Restaurants to Pubs you have all kinds of places now with a lot more coming up as well.

Its quite obvious that the food has also changed quite a lot with a lot of of influenced food, world food coming in and are also widely accepted and equally loved. Waffles are such things with many outlets and franchises with their own versions.

This is the 3rd outlet of Belgian Waffle in Hyderabad. Its a very small one though but the interiors are beautiful.

Ambience:

There is not much to speak about the ambience but its a neat and well lit place. Its got some good quotes an the wall and some drawings as well.

They are yet to open the top floor. They also have a small seating outside with some artificial grass laid.

Food:

Its majorly about waffles.

So the first one what we had was their pizza waffle. It had a nice tangy tomato base along with cream cheese sandwiched between two waffle quarters. The batter also had some herbs to add some flavour. But i felt the top was plain and a small design would have made it look better.

The next one was a baked beans and cheese. This again was similar with the same fillings but had some baked beans as a add on. They tasted pretty good.

Then we had the charcoal banana caramel waffle. This again was really well done. The taste of the waffle was nothing different apart from the appearance but the caramel and banana took it to the next level.

We had triple chocolate pancakes but these were pretty disappointing. It was very disappointing though. We expected soft and fluffy mini beauties but these were totally tough and were like biscuits. I guess they were put on the machine for a much longer time.

Then we finished it with the rocky road. It was an ice cream waffle with some oreo , almonds vanilla icecream and some chocolate filling. This was really good but was also priced higher.

Service, Pricing and Location:

The service was slow. I would not blame the person who was making it because he was the only one to manage all the orders coming in as well along with the small changes going on in the outlet.

The pricing for the savory waffles and pancakes is fine but the rocky road at 250 is much higher than their regulars priced and 130.
